Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.
Insurance is not accepted. Many insurers will reimburse you for services by submitting a detailed receipt, which will be provided at each visit. While I will assist you in getting reimbursed, payment is your responsibility.
